Automotive Service Maintenance Technician Lead and Helper

Team Lead = $21 to $26 per Flag Hour

Team Helper = $17 per clock hour

Should produce 13 to 16 FH's available per day

Team Lead Technician - Daily responsibilities include the following:  Engine Oil Changes, Tire Rotations, Replace Engine/Cabin Air Filters, wiper blades, engine batteries, and assist in completing multi-point inspections.  Will also perform fluid flushes, brake services, strut/shock replacements, tire replacements/repairs, wheel alignments, general mechanical repairs such as oil pan gaskets, water pumps, rack & pinions, etc.  Will also inspect Used Car Trade-Ins/Auction Vehicles. Will perform or attempt to perform any diagnostics needed and these vehicles.  Will perform necessary repairs on these vehicles.  Both with Shop Foreman supervision as needed or required.  Advancement Opportunities exist for those hungry and wanting to progress their careers.

Team Helper - Daily responsibilities include the following:  Engine Oil Changes, Tire Rotations, Replace Engine/Cabin Air Filters, wiper blades, engine batteries, and assist with all other items performed by your Team Leader.
