Role Overview:

We are seeking a diligent, organized, personable, self-motivated Marketing Assistant with attention-to-detail to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing, possess strong organizational skills, and have a keen eye for detail. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts and helping to execute various campaigns to promote our services, generate leads, enhance our brand visibility, and assist with telling the TriQuest story to suspects, prospects, and customers.


 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
  • Experience in marketing automation software
  • Experience with social media tools
  • Experience with social media platform engagement
  • Experience with key-performance skills and analytics
  • Experience with presentation, graphics, web page, and video creation applications preferred
  • Proficient written skills, including writing new blog content
  • Proficient editing and copy-writing skills
  • Proficient with marketing concepts and tools
  • Mastery at time management, including meeting goals on budget and on time
  • Commitment to ongoing learning—4 hours weekly—throughout tenure


Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Assist in creating compelling and valuable content for various marketing channels, utilizing both inbound and outbound tactics. Content examples include: blog posts, articles, infographics, videos, whitepapers, ads, whitepapers, and newsletters. Message must resonate with the target audience, align with the overall marketing strategy, and use the TriQuest voice.
  • Social Media Management: Knowledge of social media platforms and trends, ability to design, schedule, publish, and execute social media strategies, create engaging content, manage communities, increase & engage with followers, and meet performance metrics.
  • Email Marketing: Support the execution of email marketing campaigns, including drafting content, segmenting lists, crafting engaging email content, segmenting email lists, A/B testing, and analyzing email performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Data Analytics and Reporting: Compile and analyze marketing data to track key performance metrics, identify trends, and provide insights for optimizing marketing strategies.
  • Lead Generation and Nurturing: Understand lead generation techniques, lead capture strategies, and lead nurturing tactics such as marketing automation workflows, personalized content, and targeted messaging to move leads through the sales funnel.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Knowledge of CRO principles and techniques to optimize website elements, landing pages, forms, and calls-to-action (CTAs) to maximize conversions and improve user experience.
  • Advertising: Familiar with various digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and experience in creating and managing paid advertising campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
  • CRM (Customer Relationship Management)/Data Management: Proficiency in CRM systems and their role in managing customer interactions, lead tracking, segmentation, and personalized communication to nurture leads and retain customers. Maintain and organize assets, including both digital and physical collateral. Maintain and update CRM database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Continuous building of new prospective customers.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in researching, planning, scheduling, coordinating, and execution virtual & physical events—including speaking opportunities, webinars, conferences, and seminars.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams including content writers, designers, developers, technicians, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Continuous Learning and Adaptability: In the rapidly evolving fields of technology and digital marketing, staying current with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices is crucial for success. A willingness to learn and adapt to changes is essential.



Benefits Package: Annual company benefits include 8 paid holidays, 15 days paid time off (more earned with tenure) and over 200 hours continuing education opportunities. Physical Demands: This role requires the following physical activity skills to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Candidate must have the ability to sit for up to 8 hours in a day and full mobility of body to walk, stand, communicate and engage strangers in variety of settings, establish interpersonal relationships using active listening and social perceptiveness. Must be physically capable of lifting and carrying 50 pounds, use arms to reach and push/pull, use hands to write, pinch small items, and type—65 wpm minimum.

 

Applicant must be able to communicate clearly and professionally, both written and verbally in English. Candidate must be able to drive themselves to company office and onsite to various event locations within Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Candidate must be available and ready to work 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, and available for rare work before or after hours and on the weekend. Candidate must be available to attend marketing conferences with overnight travel.

 

Chosen candidate must pass our mandatory background check including—but not limited to—employment verification, academic records, business and personal reference checks, personal credit check, criminal background check, driving record check, physical examination, drug screen, and any other relevant background information.

 


Work Environment: The main location is the company office, but may also need to visit customer locations, vendor or marketing events at various locations throughout Dallas-Fort Worth and occasional out-of-state, overnight travel. Applicant must be able to adapt to in-office and onsite working locations with a variety of customers and variety of user personalities. TriQuest Technologies is an essential business and attendance in the company office and offsite at event locations is mandatory. This is not a remote or hybrid position.

 


Professional Demeanor: Team members must present themselves in a professional manner and dress, including basic grooming, no visible tattoos (in short-sleeved shirt), piercings, gauges, excessive jewelry, or embellishments.  Hair, including facial hair, must be in conservative style and cut with natural hair colors. 

 

All team members must comply with standards of professional conduct and with a professional demeanor befitting the TriQuest Technologies brand and culture. This is a support role—candidate must be a team player, have a positive and helpful attitude, maintain calm demeanor, talk to vendors and customers over the phone and in-person, and communicate clearly. All team members dedicate 42 hours per week with 4 hours weekly focused on continuing education—2 hours paid by TriQuest and 2 hours invested by team members.
