What You’ll Do

In the role of Market Planning Intern, we'll count on you to:

• To be an integral Team Member in the Tide Services “Real Estate & Development Team”
• Create comprehensive Real Estate Maps and Databases of competitor lists for Tide Cleaners and Tide Laundromat USA, with the use of existing internal tool.
• Support in the negotiation of conversion sites by setting up mailing list for Tide Cleaners and Tide laundromat competitors with acquisition potential.
• Help create potential Real Estate closure list and tracking process.
• Assist with Real Estate market planning analysis.
• Assist with new build / convert Site internal project approval process.
• Participate to all Franchising and Real Estate day-to-day.
• Present your projects/work to the broader Tide Services Team.

Requirements for Success

• College Junior or Senior with an expected graduation date of December 2024 to May 2025
• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in business, real estate, business data analytics or similar field
• Microsoft Proficient: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
• Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing
• Ability to be creative and analytical
• Comfortable reading through legal documents

Location: Cincinnati, OH (Preferred)

Duration: 12 Weeks

Position Type: Internship | Full-Time | Monday – Friday

Reports to: Director of Franchise Real Estate
