Requirements
- Inspection and repair for security camera system
- Report for repairs.
- Help for shipping process for repaired units.
- Refurbish for C grade units.
- Re-update Firmware
- System Process for repair units
- Management for scrap units
- Recording for repair process
- Input related information of repair units to the system.
- Management for Pending units
- Inventory and order for repair parts.
- Customer Service (handle requests from internal teams)
- Responsible for making sure that repair units meet a set of standards and are processed with good quality.
- Perform Do re-repair and re-inspection of each unit.
- Complete non-conformance reports as required.
Requirements
- Associate degree in electronics preferred.
- Experience with electronics repair.
- Basic MS Office Knowledge
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
