Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performs troubleshooting, repair, preventative maintenance, installation, consultation, design, & estimation for a wide range of commercial HVAC equipment and Mechanical Systems
Attends training, supports other team members, and depending upon experience, mentors &/or supervises more junior technicians.
Records progress with the latest digital tools and software
Redeems customer commitments in a professional, transparent, and timely manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in HVAC or construction or graduate of HVAC Trade School Program is preferred
Required State of Texas licensing or willingness to acquire
Safety Oriented
Good attitude, strong & responsible work ethic, team player
Willingness to communicate (written and verbal)
Hunger to learn, competitive spirit, eager to help both team members and customers
