A growing medical center located in Boston, MA is currently seeking to add a Registered Nurse Manager to their team full-time!Check out the details below:

Title: RN Registered Nurse Manager
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: ENT Unit
Location: Boston, MA
Schedule: Full-time, 5 days/wk
Pay: Competitive pay based on experience plus full benefits package! Sign on bonus eligible!

The RN Registered Nurse Manager will provide leadership in the provision of nursing services, supports implementation and evaluation of quality nursing care to patients and families under the direction of the nurse manager. Duties will include but may not be limited to:

-Coordinates the allocation of resources and acts as a clinical resource for staff
-Supports the nursing division by participating in performance reviews, initiating and contributing to quality improvement initiatives and standard development
-Assesses patient and their family issues, level of acuity, staff and physician concerns
-Provides clinical consultation to nursing staff or directs them to other resources
-Communicates and interprets changes in nursing practice activities and standards of care

REQUIREMENTS:
-Must hold a bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited university
-At least 5-8 years of RN experience with at least 3 years of management experience
-Experience in ENT, Interventional Pulmonology, or eye surgery HIGHLY preferred
-Covid vaccinations required
