CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITIONS:

Access Control/ Front Desk/Welcome Center Operations.

(Minimum of one 8 Hour Shift per Week, up to 5 8 Hour Shifts per Week, up to 40 hours Weekly)

COMPENSATION: Based on Experience ($15-$18/Hour)
 
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Part or Full Time
 
Interviews conducted as scheduled from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday-Wednesday and Friday
 
LOCATION: All interviews will be held at the provided address.

We are looking for highly motivated, professional, well-groomed, and reliable individuals for Front Desk/Customer service positions for our Condominium Association.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
  • Greeting residents and guests

  • Controlling access to the property (guests, vendors, contractors, etc.)

  • Receive and help residences ‘calls.

  • Monitor cameras

  • Apply all safety policies, programs, and procedures

  • Ability to handle crisis situations/emergencies (fire, water leaks, accidents, etc.)

  • Answer phone in a clear and professional manner

  • Ensure work areas are maintained in a clean and professional manner

  • Basic computer skills

  • Personal skills

  • May require some physical activity

REQUIREMENTS:
 
  • Well Groomed

  • Self-motivated

  • Positive attitude

  • Well-mannered

  • Respectful

  • Bilingual skills such as oral and written is required 

  • Have reliable transportation

  • Punctual, reliable, and responsible
