Associate Attorney

This is a full-time hybrid role as an Associate Attorney at Fait & DiLima, LLP. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice and performing research, as well as negotiating and litigating on behalf of clients in family law cases.

$100,000 - $140,000 yearly

• Analyze conflicts in legal matters, advise clients on solutions, and negotiate on behalf of clients
• Communicate with senior associates, paralegals, and clients to ensure cases are handled efficiently
• Conduct legal research, prepare for and attend hearings and/or other legal proceedings, and provide legal counsel with the help of senior associate attorneys
• Prepare correspondence and legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, briefs, affidavits, motions, and settlement agreements for contract negotiations and proceedings

• Strong knowledge of Family Law and Legal Research
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to provide effective legal advice
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
