Customer Service Representative / Office Assistant

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / OFFICE ASSISTANT

We are a small Family owned and operated business, since 1955 located in Warminster, PA currently seeking a person to represent our Online Religious Gift Division.

Our ideal candidate is customer friendly, detailed oriented, organized, can multi-task, reliable and able to work independently. Willing to learn and familiarize yourself with our Religious Items on multiple marketplaces.

Your specific duties in this role will include, but are not limited to:

• Answering incoming customer calls and assist with inquires of order status, product questions, etc.

• Keep records of interactions and transactions, record details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, along with actions taken such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting orders.

• Respond to incoming customer emails from multiple marketplaces

• Verifying orders

• Assemble / prepare items for warehouse inventory

• Assist Controller with A/R, A/P and office related tasks
