As the VP of Finance, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of healthcare organizations and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations and best practices. Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and strategic guidance in the development and implementation of financial goals and objectives for healthcare organizations.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Manage and evaluate financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize revenue and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, healthcare regulations, and reporting requirements.
• Lead the preparation and analysis of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial service providers.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and changes in accounting standards and regulations.

• CPA certification is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles within the healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare finance, reimbursement methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.
