We are currently seeking Front Desk Agents to join our team at the beautiful AC Hotel Washington, DC, Convention Center
We provide training. Although we prefer hotel experience, we are willing to train the right person.
We are located at 601 K ST NW, Washington, DC, Convention Center
Job Description for Our Front Desk Agents:
· Greet guests with a friendly and sincere welcome;
· Provide accurate information about local attractions and directions to venues;
· Complete the registration process by inputting and retrieving information from a computer system;
· Verifying and processing credit card payment information;
· Answering telephones and field guest complaints;
· Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
· Additional Job Requirements:
· Hotel experience preferred but not required. We are willing to train.
· Ability to work with all types of people.
· Nights, weekends, and holidays required.
· Have computer skills and the ability to learn hotel operating system, MS office and internet.

Working Conditions & Physical Effort:
Physical work is a primary part of many of our hotel and resort jobs. Physical requirements include extended standing and walking, climbing, bending, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and lifting to 50 lbs. Some work is performed in an interior hotel environment with equipment and machines. The work involves exposure to extreme temperatures, chemicals, dirt, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises. The exposure to hazards or physical risks requires following basic safety precautions and use of applicable protective equipment.
