Job Description

We are seeking an entry level Assistant Project Manager in the construction industry to join our team! You will assist in the project planning, scheduling, submissions and shop drawings..

Responsibilities:

Processing of shop drawings & submittals
Assist in scheduling
Interface with onsite personnel and subcontractors
Work with estimating and take-offs
Assist in the compilation of O&M Manuals, As-Built Drawings, Project close out documentation
Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction
Familiarity with construction management software, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong leadership qualities
Deadline and detail-oriented
