Status: Full-Time / Non-Exempt

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm

PCS Responsibilities:

• Responsible for answering all inbound calls, text, emails and voicemails in a timely and friendly manner.
• Utilize digital platform, software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
• Provide customers accurate, satisfactory answers to their inquiries.
• Educate customers using live and digital platform.
• Use discretion and independent judgement in handling sensitive or personal health information.
• Create and update the customers file and maintain comprehensive logs and task history.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
• Route calls to other team members whenever needed.
• Follow-up with customer leads, calls, text, emails and voicemails daily.
• Strive to meet or exceed company metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.
• Provide backup coverage to the Benefit Insurance Verification Manager and other duties as assigned.
