Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Technician located in Edison, NJ. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for conducting general maintenance, painting, carpentry, and repair tasks (no electrical or plumbing). The role requires regular on-site presence and collaboration with the team to ensure efficient operations and timely maintenance of facilities and equipment. This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week Monday-Friday. Pay based on experience, benefits and PTO provided.

Qualifications

Experience in handy-work and painting is ideal, some training will be offered.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Previous experience in the construction or maintenance industry is highly desirable
Must be able to lift heavy objects (~50lbs)
Have reliable transportation to and from job site.
Candidate must be willing to submit to Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for insurance purposes
