CDL Street Sweeper Driver (DAY SHIFT)

CP Maintenance LLC is seeking qualified full-time and part-time, dependable Class B CDL Street Sweeper Operators to join our team proudly serving the Middle Tennessee Area. In this role, you will work independently and be responsible for operating a Street Sweeper Truck to clean debris from commercial parking lots, construction building sites, and more. We need a team player who is comfortable with last minute schedule changes when we need a driver to assist with emergency sweeping service calls. Starting pay based on experience ($25/hr starting minimum).

CLASS B STREET SWEEPER OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Fill street sweeper's water tanks and operate sweeper
- Exercise caution when operating in confined spaces and congested streets
- Clear trash, debris, leaves, and contaminants from streets and curbs
- Maintain street sweeper vehicle and equipment by performing standard checks
- Pre & post trip inspections
- Report any incidents or mechanical failures to management
- Adhere to traffic safety regulations by using appropriate signaling and signage
- Maintain accurate street sweepers logs and expense receipts
- Clean trucks and hoppers daily

REQUIREMENTS:

- Team Player
- Safe driving record
- Applicable Class B Commercial Driver's License
- Working knowledge of vehicle and standard equipment maintenance
- Knowledge of safe operating practices and traffic safety regulations
- Effective Communication skills with team and customers
- Proficiency in recordkeeping and incident reporting
- Flexible to sudden schedule changes
