Job Description
We are seeking a Vehicle Inspector / Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for inspecting vehicles and assisting customers with their transport questions. Other tasks will be basic Janitorial duties in between inspections (snow removal, sweeping, cleaning office surfaces, trash removal etc.)
Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed vehicle inspections
- Document shipping details
- Assist customer with basic shipping details
- Document any vehicle or shipping document problems
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the vehicle shipping industry
- Perform basic janitorial duties
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields a plus
- Ability to perform a detailed vehicle inspection
- Must be hard working and take directions well
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Obtain a current driver's license
- Must be responsible and punctual
- Must be respectful
