We are looking for both Entry-Level Behavior Therapists and experienced Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT) to apply the principles of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) in one-on-one therapy sessions to children with disabilities. What you will be doing: 

• Provide direct one on one therapy to clients in naturalistic center-based environment teaching communication, social, and self-help skills
• Implement intervention plans crafted by our expert BCBA’s 
• Collect data to monitor the progress of the children we support
• Communicate effectively and regularly with supervisors, parents, and colleagues
• Attend meetings and trainings
• Assist with material development

Who are we looking for:  

• Those who have a passion for helping children with disabilities
• Those who are reliable, creative, and compassionate
• Those who can lift 50 pounds and can kneel, squat, crawl, sit, stand for extended periods of time
• Those who have reliable transportation
• Those who have a High School Diploma/or GED
• Must pass company provided Federal and State Background Check
