Shealy Truck Centers is in search of someone to represent our company by running and operating our Duncan Service Department We are currently hiring a Service Manager for our Duncan location. Shealy Truck Centers is a Full-service Truck Dealership and represents Mack, Volvo, Isuzu, TICO, and Cummins. We also represent Clark & Clement Trailers. Service Manager Benefits:

Service Manager Responsibilities:

• Responsible for customer relations by ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining contact with customers, etc.
• Responsible for personnel training and development
• Responsible for productivity and job scheduling
• Responsible for Parts Department organization
• Responsible for building maintenance
• Responsible for ensuring repair orders and warranty claims are processed expeditiously with correct charges and clear and easy to understand write ups.
• Planning and Budgeting
• Marketing
• Asset Management and Control
• Responsible for providing excellent customer service
• Responsible for maintenance and control of assigned tools and equipment
• Safety - assures that the work environment is sage and in compliance with OSHA

Service Manager Requirements:

• High School Graduate, preferably a post high school degree or professional industry related training
• Dependable, ethical, honest, accountable, trustworthy, must be a team player, and have a positive attitude
• Ability to maintain control and focus under stress
• Good interpersonal skills
• Sense of urgency in getting things accomplished
• Ability to motivate other to work towards a common goal
• Ability to develop and to encourage others to reach their full potential
• Empathy for needs of the customer, strong desire to excel in satisfying customers
• Very good problem-solving skills
• Good technical aptitude
• Able to use and be proficient in Microsoft and other software that is used on a daily basis
