Pay $17 - $21 per hour

JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE: Utility/Yardman

REPORTS TO: Service Manager or Location Manager

JOB SUMMARY: Performs maintenance duties for the service department.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Maintenance of the facility and vehicles.
• Maintain tool room.
• Perform grounds maintenance for the dealer properties.
• Assist in moving displays or equipment within the dealership.
• Operate a forklift to transport parts, equipment and supplies for the dealership.
• Operate a wide variety of equipment from lawn & garden tractors to large combines.
• Loading & unloading trucks.
• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: None

SPECIAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to perform multiple duties as assigned.
• Basic knowledge of equipment safety procedures.
• Must have experience operating ag equipment and forklifts.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Extended periods of walking, standing and bending may be required.
• Ability to work in outdoor conditions in wide ranges of ambient temperatures.
