As our Senior Living Recreation Director, your creative touch enhances the lives of elderly residents through personalized social, recreational, cultural, and religious activities. You serve as the driving force behind our transportation program, ensuring it not only meets but exceeds residents' expectations.
Crafting engaging monthly calendars and newsletters, you set the stage for memorable events and experiences that contribute to the overall well-being of our community. Your supervisory role extends to events, where your commitment to creativity and high standards shines through. Additionally, you play a key part in managing a comprehensive transportation program, balancing residents' expectations within budgetary limits. Your leadership also encompasses staff supervision, participation in in-service training, and upholding the confidentiality that defines the trust within our community.

- Self-starter with the ability to plan, organize, and implement a varied program of social recreation, cultural, and religious activities for a large population of elderly residents
- Basic computer proficiency
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Great presentation abilities
- Team player that works well with others
- Willingness to work with the elderly
