Overview: As a key member of the Data Science & Analytics team, you will work to develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data driven recommendations to help our business grow.

What you’ll be doing...

• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) that map to revenue.

• Effectively visualize the KPIs to track metric performance across the company.

• Explore data, do effective analysis, and provide recommendations to the business.

• Advise on testing initiatives & ROI measurement across the business.

• Work with the Operations team to develop and maintain a healthy information infrastructure (aka “the data”) and internal controls for our financial data.

Your experience should include...

• 4+ years of experience working as a data analyst or a mix of financial analyst and data analyst experience

• Working with stakeholders to research business problems, surfacing insights from the data, and providing recommendations.

• Providing written analysis that is quickly consumable to the business.

• Managing stakeholder requests and expectations.

• Writing SQL queries of varying complexity, some experience stitching data together from multiple sources.

• Familiarity with business intelligence tools, such as Looker or Tableau.

• Using tools such as R/Python or Excel for data analysis.

Bonus points if you…

• Looker or equivalent (e.g., Tableau) development experience.

• DBT development experience.

• Ability to apply statistical methods to analyze data, such as a t-test or other hypothesis testing.

• Experience working with software engineering teams and agile development.
