As we expand our online presence, we are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join our team.

Summary
As a Marketing Manager in the beauty industry, you will be responsible for developing
and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, increase
sales, and engage customers. You will lead a team of marketing professionals and
collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns
across various channels. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and passion for beauty will
contribute to the success and growth of the brand.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning
 Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives,
target audience insights, and market trends.
 Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the
effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
 Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for
differentiation and growth.

2. Brand Management
 Develop and maintain the brand identity, including messaging, visual elements,
and brand guidelines.
 Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
 Manage brand partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand visibility and
reach new audiences.

3. Campaign Development
 Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns, including advertising,
digital marketing, social media, and public relations.
 Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling and impactful campaign
assets, such as advertisements, videos, and social media content.

 Oversee campaign execution, including media planning, budget management,
and performance tracking.

4. Digital Marketing
 Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic,
engagement, and conversion.
 Manage the companys website and e-commerce platforms, optimizing user
experience and conversion rates.
 Utilize data analytics and insights to optimize digital marketing performance and
ROI.

5. Social Media Management
 Develop and execute social media strategies to grow the brands presence and
engagement on key platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
 Create and curate content for social media channels, including posts, stories,
and videos.
 Monitor social media metrics and trends to identify opportunities for content
optimization and audience engagement.

6. Public Relations
 Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry
partners.
 Identify opportunities for press coverage, product placements, and brand
endorsements.
 Manage PR campaigns and events, including product launches, press
conferences, and brand activations.

7. Team Leadership
 Recruit, train, and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance
and support to help them achieve their goals.
 Foster a collaborative and creative work environment that encourages innovation
and excellence.

 Set clear objectives and expectations for team members and provide regular
feedback and performance evaluations.

Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Masters
degree is a plus.
 Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a
managerial role.
 Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing
campaigns in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
 Strong leadership and team management skills.
 Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
 Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics,
social media management tools, and email marketing software.
 Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
 Passion for beauty and knowledge of industry trends and consumer preferences.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: $70,000.00
