Concrete Superintendant

We are looking for a Concrete Superintendent to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Supervise employees while performing work
Make Schedule for work
Ensure schedule is on track
Coordinate with architects, engineers, inspectors and suppliers
Inspect work in progress to ensure good workmanship and adherence to construction documents and schedule
Perform other duties as assigned
Must have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience, be able to read plans, communicate and work with others well as well as job site superintendents. Bilingual is a plus! Must know ADA requirements, read plans, communicate with project coordinator
pay is based on experience, $40- $50.
medical insurance after 90 days.
