MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR

Your Job

• Repairs as needed to door locks, toilet seats/handles, etc.

  ● Check control panels as needed.

  ● Replace light bulbs as needed.

  ● Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems. i.e. Vents, filters, AC.

  ● Ensure functionality of safety equipment/area/signs are up to date. i.e. Fire extinguishers

  ● Maintain the overall cleanliness of the lab.

  ● Oversee cleaning the floors, windows, doors, kitchen, restrooms, appliances, and surfaces.

  ● Trash removal.

  ● Clean and sanitize areas as needed.

  ● Assist with inventory of cleaning supplies.

Your Skills

● High school diploma or equivalent.

● Experience using hand tools.

● Ability to read/understand technical manuals and drawings as needed.

● Knowledge of different cleaning products and equipment.

● Time-management skills.

● Multitasking abilities.

● Organizational skills.

● Very good verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

● Completed apprenticeship preferred.

Location:

Our network of dental laboratories spans seven states, with labs in Florida, Connecticut, Maryland, Mississippi, Rhode Island, Texas, and New York. The Leixir Home Office is in Tampa, Florida.

Interview Process

As a part of our commitment to creating a fair, equitable, and positive interview experience for all candidates, we offer full transparency of our interview stages to give applicants an idea of the time and effort involved.

1. Information Screening: The Talent Manager will have a 20-to-30-minute phone conversation focused on relevant work experience, compensation, role overview, and answering any questions you may have.
2. Panel Interview: 60-minute interview with two to three key members of the team. This will take place at the lab and will dive deeper into the role, technical knowledge, and requirements of the position. The candidate will have the opportunity to meet the team, tour the workplace, and gain a better understanding of the job’s functions.
3. Offer: The Talent Manager will reach out with the details of the informal offer for discussion. After all the details of the informal offer are finalized, the formal offer letter and job description will be sent.
