Electronics Technician (Facilities) Maintenance Technician II Job Summary:

Maintains building, grounds, and equipment. Installs new and used equipment. Repairs plant and production equipment.

Electronics Technician (Facilities) Maintenance Technician II Essential Job Functions:

• Experience in troubleshooting and repairing machine circuitry
• Installation of production and building equipment.
• Perform troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment
• PLC troubleshooting / programming.
• Vacuum system maintenance, troubleshoot and repairs
• Repair and rebuild mechanical, diffusion and ion vacuum pumps
• Perform building and grounds maintenance
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Move and install mechanical and electrical equipment that may require electrical, gas, cooling water and compressed air services.
• Assemble and disassemble cubicles and furniture
• Calibrate mechanical and electrical equipment per calibration procedure.
• Maintain calibration records per ISO requirements
• Perform duties assigned by Facility Manager.
• Must be able to be "on call". Must be within 45 minutes of facility when on call.

Non-essential Job Functions:

• Rough carpentry work (erect walls, build crates etc.)
• Plumbing skills
• Welding

Requirements:

3-5 years’ prior industrial maintenance experience in the areas of electrical and mechanical maintenance. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be able to climb ladders

Working Environment: Work may be in the factory, warehouse, and office area or on the outside of the facility. May have to work at other locations, which may not have air conditioning.
