Parts Driver/Warehouse Assistant

This is a great entry level position for the commercial heating industry!

We are New England’s leading commercial/industrial heating contractor and we are growing!  Our organization has been servicing customers for over 70 years mainly in Eastern Massachusetts.  We are currently seeking a Parts Driver/Warehouse Assistant who has the enthusiasm and ability to work with our other team members. 

Position requirements are as follows:

• Safely operate parts van
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating van
• Load and deliver material, tools and equipment to various jobsite locations
  
• Sort, organize and store inventory in proper location
• Operate heavy machinery/forklifts to move inventory
• Return packing slips or associated delivery paperwork to the office at the end of each day
• Perform general housekeeping and maintenance at corporate office to include; trash removal, sweeping, painting, furniture assembly, organizing, cleaning, etc. 
• Warehouse grounds clean-up, sweeping, organizing, painting
  
• Performing snow removal when necessary
• Performing debris removal and safety hazards from corporate lot areas

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and exceptional driving record is required
• OSHA 10 Construction certification is required (We will provide)
• Forklift certification is a plus
• Able to pass drug test/background check
• Able to work an average of 45-50 hours each week
• Excellent communication skills verbal, written and listening
• Able to work independently
• Pays attention to detail
• Highly organized
• Must be dependable and flexible
• Must follow all company health and safety procedures
