The Specialist handles several key operational areas for our in-person call center. First and foremost, the presence at our center's entrance to manage security protocols, processes, and procedures for the safety of visitors, vendors, and employees at our onsite location is required. This role is responsible for managing security badges, programming / deprogramming, enrolling, replacement, and problem solving of our security system to ensure efficient operations. The Specialist has technical and analytical acumen to perform case analysis for our production environment in collaboration with the Operations Manager. This requires reviewing cases, identifying cases to work, and giving the production team information each day on case priorities. In addition, this role may handle specialized reporting, analytics review, and development to support our business needs in collaboration with Operations and Analytics areas. Common IT computer trouble shooting, reviewing diagnostics, assessing functionality, controls, and efficiency of systems is also a part of this onsite role.
The Specialist is expected to successfully operate within the call center, be onsite full time, handle competing priorities to accomplish timely delivery, accurate information, good communications, and prompt service, all while being located at our main entrance desk.
Must be an expert In Excel, reporting knowledge in Power Bi, and good business acumen with detail orientation and professionalism. Experienced team contributor, good initiative, interpersonal skills, and sense of humor required. Degree preferred.
