What you'll do…

• Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards set by Tetherow
• Uphold a professional manner at Tetherow
• Communicate with the Food and Beverage Manager to ensure the proper food levels are met
• Perform opening and closing duties, as well as side duties
• Prepare a variety of menu items in accordance to set standards and specifications.
• Multi-task with an impeccable eye for detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Sustain a clean and neat work environment
• Assist in stocking and rotation of inventory as it arrives and insuring invoices are accurate.
• Cooperate in performing any other duty deemed reasonable and necessary by the supervisor or management.
• Portion and wrap the food, place items designated storage areas
• Support all kitchen staff and their duties and responsibilities
