Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Heat Press Associate to join our team. This role involves operating a large-format heat press to apply custom designs to a variety of apparel items. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent time management skills, and a passion for creating high-quality, wearable art.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain a large-format heat press machine.
• Prepare and align apparel and transfer materials accurately.
• Apply designs to garments according to specified guidelines and quality standards.
• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure clarity, accuracy, and quality of design.
• Track and manage inventory of supplies and finished products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient production environment.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to meet deadlines and production goals.
• Stay updated with new techniques and technologies in garment printing and heat press applications.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with heat press machinery is preferred but not required.
• Basic mathematical skills for measuring and aligning products.

Skills & Abilities:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Compensation

We are pleased to provide competitive pay and benefits. Our benefits reflect our investment in the overall health and well-being of our employees and their families. We offer medical, dental, and vision insurance to all full-time employees, paid holidays, paid time off, and an employee discount on our products. The expected pay range is: $20.00 to $25.00 annually. Compensation may vary based on related skills, experience, and relevant key attributes.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $20.00 - $25.00/hour.
