LICENSED CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Hours: Monday – Friday
9:00 am – 5:00 pm (1 hour lunch)
SUMMARY: Answer incoming calls and assist customers in a knowledgeable and pleasant manner. Build customer relationships through courteous and accurate assistance. Provide support to the account managers of the agency.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Answer incoming calls quickly and effectively using Voice Over IP phone system
Screen calls to determine best form of customer assistance and act accordingly
Handle address changes, payments, mortgagee changes, proof of insurance, etc.
Process daily mail
Process bank deposits
Manage daily incoming emails from carriers
Respond to Quote Request emails and provide information to licensed agents
Assist agents in late pay retrieval to prevent cancellations
Assist agents with renewal and underwriting email follow-up
Maintain Agency Management System updates
Maintain agency electronic filing.

Proficient in computer skills, on-line information systems and various software including but not limited to Windows 10, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
