Job: Behavioral Health Consultant
Education:

Licensed Masters Social Worker, (LMSW), or
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW),

Experience:

Previous army or National Guard relevant experience preferred
Proficient with MS office suite & Adobe products
General administrative skills

Responsibility & Functions:
OpEx Solutions, Inc. is accepting resumes for Behavioral Health Case Consultants to work on a government contract for the Tennessee Army National Guard.

Aid in improving the care, management in behavioral health management (BHM) and credential management
Provide BHM support services from initial to follow-up Soldier interviews, review of documentation and SSO guidance
Work with Care Coordinators to request documentation, update MEDCHART, and process administrative tasks.
Track behavioral health status of ALL assigned Soldiers.
Input medical charting in MEDCHART
Track Soldier treatment plans with appropriate medical facilities
Submit case processing, medical documentation, and profile concerns to military/contacted providers
Attend Medical Readiness Event (MRE) as needed
Follow the regulations and policies applicable to Individual Medical Readiness (IMR) and deployment.
Place medical documentation from Soldier, unit, or medical provider in appropriate electronic record, & Soldiers Treatment Record (STR)
Maintain HIPAA Act of 1996 standards and guidelines
Review and track health assessment (MRE) BH consults, contact SM and educate on lifestyle modifications.
Forward BH medical documents of Soldiers to MMT for processing
