Job Summary

Pillar to Post – Cincinnati is seeking a dedicated Home Inspection Added Services Technician with a passion for real estate and home improvement. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, with keen attention to detail, and enjoy working in a team environment. The Technician will be responsible for performing our added inspection services including: radon, termite, mold and sewer inspections and working with other inspectors on large projects.  This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a salary between $45,000 to $75,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Radon testing, termite inspections, mold sampling, sewer scope and assisting home inspectors on larger projects.

• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

• Working closely with the Pillar to Post property inspector and other team members

Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the home improvement/construction industry

• Previous experience in home inspection-related work preferred

Must live in the greater Cincinnati Area

• Must have a valid driver’s license

• Must be bondable and have the ability to pass a background check
