Position Summary:

To assist in the marketing efforts of Sampson Construction to ensure that the company is successful in capturing general contracting and construction management projects.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies with marketing team
Contribute to collaborative efforts and organize promotional events and tradeshows
Analyze market trends and competitors' methods
Assist in setting brand standards, mission, and goals
Communicating with clients and maintaining good relations
Gather and/or create information and graphics needed for job proposals and social media
Video production and editing
Develop and manage company social media platforms and website
Write and proofread press releases
Ideate and coordinate with the marketing design and content teams
Assist in creation of content, and design strategies
Collaborate to generate digital and print advertising material
Maintain and update records of clients data and results of past proposals
Present forecasts, metrics, and any relevant information to senior leadership
Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or relevant field preferred
2 years' previous experience as a marketing associate, marketing assistant, or related position
Superior computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign and Bluebeam
Up-to-date on latest industry trends; able to articulate trends and potential clearly and confidently
Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
In-depth understanding of industry and its position in the market
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Able to travel to different locations, including out of state

Other Requirements:

Interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
