Job Description: 

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify workforce needs and develop strategic hiring plans.
• Conduct strategy calls to define selection criteria and refine recruitment strategies.
• Utilize various channels, including social platforms, professional networks, and sourcing platforms, to source potential candidates.
• Plan and execute interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
• Evaluate candidate information using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
• Assist hiring managers in crafting impactful job descriptions and interview questions tailored to each position.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance our reputation as an employer of choice.
• Organize and attend career fairs, recruitment events, and networking sessions.
• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with past applicants, potential candidates, educational partners, and industry stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Professional or similar role, with a focus on full-cycle recruiting.
• Proficiency in utilizing social media, resume databases, and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn) for candidate sourcing.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and familiarity with recruitment tools and techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.
• A keen understanding of organizational roles and the ability to tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field.
