Job Description

Marketing & PR Manager will lead all aspects of our marketing activities and coordinate digital campaigns with the Social Media Manager, who will in turn report to you on the activities of social media posting and engagement. Will develop plans to help establish our brand, allocate resources to different projects and set short-term and long-term department goals. In regards to PR, you will manage all of Dallas Page’s appearances, vet hosts and programs, reach out to prior contacts and create new contacts.

Responsibilities

*Design marketing strategies for Diamond Dallas Page and for DDPYoga independent of one another and a plan that intersects the two. Provide short and long term strategies outlined. 

*Create, Oversee and Implement campaigns to increase sales for DDPY DVD programs, app subscriptions and highlight brand awareness.

*Manage all of Dallas Page’s PR to include paid presentations & appearances, as well as attaining interviews on top rated platforms (TV, Cable, Streaming networks).

*Manage Dallas’ PR calendar and provide daily timely alerts before interviews.

*Organize/archive all PR/Media contacts for future consideration and bypasses.

*Handle and negotiate all advertisements for DDPY to include rates, length and number of ads per month.

*Provide specific direction for social media platforms and design a strategy to grow followers across the board and correlate the theme and content of a newsletter that reflects the said direction.

*Follow up with any promotions/videos/celeb VM that Dallas needs to follow up with/execute.

*Set, monitor and report all team goals through scheduled meetings.

*Set expectations and monitor staff’s workload to utilize maximum job performance and growth.
