We are seeking a Remote Support Technician/Engineer/Analyst to join our team! You will resolve customer technology related issues.
The Remote Support Technician/Engineer/Analyst will:
- Provide technical assistance with a variety of virtual and physical hardware and mission critical applications for different industries
- Resolve issues quickly for clients using various troubleshooting tools and communication methods email
- Track customer issues and resolutions through ticketing system
- Ensure processes and procedures are followed
- Proactively solve problems and recommend preventive options to stay ahead of future problems
- Continually investigate ways to improve the customer experience with the service center
- Can quickly evaluate the priority of the issue and determine the fastest resolution options.
Remote Support Technician/Engineer/Analyst Qualifications should be:
- Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
- Able to build a positive rapport with clients Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Able to demonstrate a positive, courtesy confident, and professional demeanor
Remote Support Technician/Engineer/Analyst Job Requirements should be:
- Previous experience with technical support for small to medium size business
- Ability to sometimes provide afterhours client support
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft based technologies and systems
- 3+years of experience with Avaya, VOIP or telecommunication systems
- 3+ years of Windows 2003/2008/2012 Server
- 3+MS Office skills in a systems implementation and/or systems administration role
- 3+ years of Exchange 2007/2010/2013,
- 3+ years of Office 365
- 3+ years of google suite
Remote Support Technician/Engineer/Analyst Desired Experience:
- Expertise in Virtualization and Data Storage technologies such as: Citrix and VMWare
- Familiar with Apple OS and products
- Cisco, Meraki, SonicWall experience desirable
- VMware and/or Citrix experience are desirable
- Linux experience are desirable
