AWS/CES is looking for a Temporary Recruiter

Location: Novi, Michigan

Salary-$55k

Industry: Manufacturing (experience in manufacturing recruiting is a plus)

Job Type: Temporary

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
  Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various positions within the manufacturing sector.
  Conduct reference checks and coordinate background checks as needed.
  Manage and maintain candidate pipelines to ensure a steady pool of qualified candidates.
  Utilize effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
  Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  Assist in the coordination of onboarding activities for new hires.

• Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Recruiter, with a focus on manufacturing recruiting being a strong advantage.
  Knowledge of recruiting strategies and best practices.
  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  Previous experience in recruiting, particularly in the manufacturing industry.
  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
