We are seeking a motivated and customer obsessed individual to join our team as a Retention Strategy Manager. Position Overview:

As the Retention Strategy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying areas for improvement in our customer retention and engagement strategies. You will develop, implement, and manage projects to enhance subscriber satisfaction, increase engagement on our platform, and optimize messaging. This role requires strong communication skills, exceptional project management abilities, and a keen understanding of customer-centric strategies. We will be depending on you to utilize a high level of discretion and judgment to make this focus area a success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with company leadership to assess current customer retention and engagement strategies. Then identify, create, and implement additional strategies.
  • Accountable for identifying areas in the customer experience / lifecycle where we can drive additional engagement and build actionable plans to improve these areas.
  • Manage/Direct collaboration across teams to implement the changes required for execution of retention and engagement projects.
  • Review feedback from subscribers to make recommendations to drive project adjustments and improvements in engagement strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to customer retention, engagement, and content promotion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 3-7 years of experience in project / campaign management, a focus on customer retention, engagement initiatives, and messaging is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Compensation: Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted from $60,000 to $90,000. Pay determination will be based on experience
