Informatica cloud data integration Developer - 53262

We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our largest clients for a position of Informatica cloud data integration Developer, to work in Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and data scientists to understand data requirements and design data integration solutions using Informatica IICS.
• Extract, transform, and load data from various sources, including databases, APIs, and flat files, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Create and maintain data mapping documents, technical design documents, and test cases for data integration solutions.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and system testing of data integration solutions to validate functionality and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues by analyzing logs, debugging code, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain automated data integration processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members on Informatica IICS and data integration best practices.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to architectural and requirement specifications, providing feedback on code quality, design, and performance.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) for designing and implementing data integration solutions.
• Strong understanding of data integration concepts, including ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
• Experience in extracting data from various sources such as databases, APIs, and flat files.
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation, including data mapping documents and test cases.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies and experience in conducting unit, integration, and system testing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues.
• Familiarity with automation tools and techniques for data integration processes.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance.
• Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality solutions aligned with architectural standards and requirements.
