Join Our Team: Behavioral Health Specialist / Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Sadler Health Center, a Federally Qualified Health Center serving Cumberland and Perry counties, is seeking a full-time Behavioral Health Specialist to join our integrated health team. As a compassionate LCSW, you’ll play a pivotal role in advancing community health.

• Collaboration: As a Behavioral Health Specialist, you’ll collaborate closely with primary care providers (PCPs) to provide holistic care. Together, we address both physical and mental health needs, ensuring our patients receive the support they deserve.

Your Role as a Behavioral Health Specialist:

• Conduct assessments and screenings to identify mental health conditions, substance abuse issues, and psychosocial factors affecting patient health.
• Develop integrated care plans in collaboration with PCPs and other healthcare professionals.
• Monitor patient progress and provide ongoing support.
• Assist patients in accessing community resources, referrals, and follow-up care.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field from an accredited program.
• Active license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 3 years of post-licensure experience in behavioral health, preferably in an integrated healthcare setting and supporting those with addictions or Opioid Addiction Disorder.
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to establish rapport with diverse populations.
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems is a plus.
