Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are seeking a Foreman/equipment Operator to join our team! You will oversee the activities of a team of production workers.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the daily activities of the production and operation teams
- Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel
- Work with homeowner concerning underground private utilities
- Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a team leader/foreman or other leadership experience
- knowledge and ability to operate a production drop plow/trencher.
- Ability to install or place underground fiber optic cable
- Ability to work outside in various weather conditions and temperatures
- Must have a valid drivers license and the ability to pass a background check
- Ability to lift or handle up to 70lbs and work with various hand tools
- Must speak fluent English
- Strong leadership qualities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
