NEMT Operations Associate

As an Operations Associate at our company, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations and strategic growth of our NEMT services. This is a unique opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the transportation industry while contributing to the success and development of our business. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the coordination and scheduling of transportation services, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services to our clients.
• Managing logistics and routing to optimize vehicle utilization and minimize costs.
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborating with team members to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion, developing strategies to capitalize on market trends and maximize profitability.
• Learning and mastering industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure adherence to all legal and ethical standards.
• Participating in training programs and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in transportation management and logistics.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English and Spanish preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals and groups.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.
• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field is a plus but not required.
• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred but not required.
