Position: Industrial Sewing Machine Operator
Location: Ohatchee, Alabama

Job Description: As an Industrial Sewing Machine Operator, you'll play a vital role in our production operations. Collaborating with a dynamic team in a forward-thinking environment were dedication and passion drive success.

Responsibilities:

• Operate sewing machines to join, reinforce, or decorate garment parts.
• Follow standard procedures to ensure accurate production according to work orders.
• Adjust machine settings based on fabric type and garment specifications.
• Conduct quality checks to detect defects and notify supervisors of issues.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Record production metrics accurately.

Qualifications:

• Prior manufacturing sewing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
• Technical and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and directions.
