HVAC Master Technician

• This is a full-time position with career advancement opportunities
• Some OT depending on workload
• Pay rate $120-125K PLUS Bonuses with NO cap. 
• Schedule 2nd shift: 2-10pm

Requirements:

• 5+ years as Journeyman HVAC Tech with Refrigeration experience and Masters HVAC license for Massachusetts
• Required Universal EPA, 608 and OSHA 10
• Ability to troubleshoot, test & service and repair HVAC equipment
• Lead & train Techs
• Move and lift up to 70 lbs
• Good Driving record

Responsibilities:

• Formulates comprehensive heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) system modification plans and provides accurate job estimates for retrofit and new construction projects.
• Able to develops preventive maintenance checklists tailored to newly installed equipment, ensuring long-term performance and efficiency.
• Analyzes as-built building blueprints to recommend system modifications for remodel projects, adhering to relevant regulations and standards.
• Conducts thorough research to identify and select suitable materials for HVAC new construction system installation, repair, and maintenance activities.
• Promotes a culture of safety and environmental responsibility, emphasizing proper equipment usage and maintenance, while striving for continuous workplace improvement.
• Executes additional job-related tasks as assigned, demonstrating versatility and adaptability.
• Guides and supervises lower-level HVAC technicians in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing commercial air conditioning and multi-zone heating and cooling systems equipped with pneumatic, digital, and central energy management system controls.
