Canvassing Manager Trainee
Were a leading provider of high-quality windows and doors, is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Canvassing Manager Trainee. In this role, you will learn the ins and outs of canvassing operations and develop the skills needed to lead a successful team of canvassers.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing canvassing strategies to generate leads
- Train and mentor new canvassers on effective communication and sales techniques
- Coordinate schedules and routes for canvassing teams
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of canvassing teams
- Assist in analyzing data to identify areas for improvement
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Prior experience in canvassing or sales is a plus
