Automotive General Manager

Maven Autobody is seeking an ambitious leader to join our Sun Valley, CA shop and take the wheel as our full-time Automotive General Manager! We need a motivational and hard-working person to manage our busy auto body shop and set us on the right trajectory for growth and success.

With bonuses, training, and a salary of $100,000 - $150,000/year, this position is your gateway to a lucrative managerial career in the collision repair world! We also offer healthcare benefits. WHAT IT TAKES TO BECOME OUR AUTOMOTIVE GENERAL MANAGER

In the beginning, the hours will be 10-12 hours per day (Monday - Friday: the shop is open 8am - 6pm) and the General Manager will be expected to work 2 Saturday per month for 4 hours as the shop is open 8am - 12pm those days.

As the leader of our auto body team, you manage our daily operations and ensure excellent service for our customers. From estimations and collision repairs to customer service and staff training, you do it all. Your guidance motivates our team members to always do their best, and you help our shop become even more successful!
