We are looking for an experienced and motivated Shop Foreman to join our team. As a Shop Foreman, you will play a key role in managing the service department, ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency in the repair and maintenance of vehicles.

Position Overview:
The Shop Foreman will oversee the day-to-day operations of the service shop, supervising technicians and ensuring that service work is completed accurately, on time, and in line with Hyundai's standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, automotive knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of automotive technicians to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Perform diagnostic and repair work on vehicles as necessary.
  • Ensure all service work is completed in compliance with safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
  • Assist in training and mentoring technicians to improve their skills.
  • Review repair orders for accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain and order shop supplies and tools as needed.
  • Collaborate with Service Advisors to ensure clear communication with customers regarding service status and issues.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints or issues related to service.
  • Monitor shop productivity and work quality, providing feedback to team members.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including time tracking and payroll.

Qualifications:
