As our service department continues to expand, we're looking for a dedicated Shop Foreman who can lead from the front, support our technicians, and help develop the next generation of talent.
Position Overview:
The Shop Foreman plays a critical leadership role in our service department-balancing hands-on technical expertise with team guidance and workflow management. This position is ideal for an experienced technician ready to take the next step into leadership while mentoring and training newer technicians in a high-paced, growth-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily shop operations to ensure efficient workflow and timely job completion
  • Provide hands-on diagnostic and repair support to technicians as needed
  • Mentor, train, and develop entry-level and mid-level technicians
  • Assist in dispatching work and prioritizing jobs for maximum productivity
  • Ensure all repairs meet Toyota and dealership quality standards
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized shop environment
