Northwest Hills Chevrolet GMC Cadillac

Northwest Hills Chevrolet GMC Cadillac is hiring full-time Sales & Customer Experience Representatives to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated professionals seeking a stable career with strong earning potential at a respected dealership representing Chevrolet, GMC, and Cadillac.

Position Details

  • Full-Time Position

  • Salary + Commission compensation

  • Annual earning potential: $50,000–$100,000+, based on performance

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • A customer-first attitude with professionalism and integrity

  • Motivation to succeed in a performance-driven sales environment

  • Sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience is a plus, but not required)

  • Coachable, reliable, and team-oriented individuals

Responsibilities
