If so, we have an Inside Sales Representative opening that might be just for you! Rexco Equipment is a construction dealer selling, renting, and repairing construction equipment ranging from Exmark mowers to Link Belt cranes you see at the 80/380 interchange project. It's a fun business with great customers who build our infrastructure, businesses, houses and landscaping for all.

As our Inside Sales Rep, you will establish and manage customer relationships with walk-in customers. They can be construction contractors or maybe a homeowner with some acreage needing a tractor for jobs around the house. You will discover their needs and suggest solutions while you show them around the equipment. You will overcome any objections by thinking creatively to determine what is best for the customer's needs. They may have a piece of equipment to trade for you to develop a trade evaluation while you provide quotes and use your negation skills to close the deal. Then you will create the sales agreement, maybe obtain credit information and submit the deal to be processed and invoiced.

You will enter your customers into our customer relationship management platform (CRM) which will remind you when to follow up with them for future sales opportunities. You will develop strong equipment knowledge and will even get to operate some equipment to learn about it. We need someone with an outgoing personality, who thinks quick on their feet and is organized to keep multiple deals going at once. Keeping your pipeline filled up to maximize your sales and meet your sales goals.
