Staff Accountant

Staff Accountant Position Summary:

Provides Finance management with financial information by researching and analyzing general ledger accounts and budget variances, preparing financial statements, making job cost report transfers, and other duties as assigned.

Hiring Requirements for Staff Accountant:

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the accounting function.
• Intermediate to advanced level skills in Excel including but not limited to: VBA, VLookup, IF, SUMIF, Index, Match, Pivot Table. Comfort in manipulating large data sets
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows products and ERP software
• Accounting/Reporting Skills

• Exceptional work ethic, team mentality, positive attitude, highly driven, self-motivated
• Detailed oriented, meticulous organization skills
• Demonstrated ability to consistently work within fixed timeframes and accurate/high quality deliverables
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in order to deliver excellent customer service both internally and externally

• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen
